Szop Themes License & Usage Policy

1. Introduction

This License & Usage Policy ("Policy") governs the use of digital products sold under the Szop Themes brand, owned and operated by Jon Corp OÜ (VAT: EE102640083) ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any theme provided by Szop Themes, you ("Customer", "User", "Licensee") agree to abide by this Policy.

2. License Grant

Each purchase of a Szop Themes product grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the theme under the following conditions:

• One Purchase = One Use
  • A single purchase grants a license to use the theme on one (1) website/domain.
  • Additional domains or websites require additional licenses.
• Permitted Use
  • The theme may be used for one live website and one staging/development environment.
  • Personal and commercial projects are allowed within the scope of the granted license.

3. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

The Licensee may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the theme in any form.
• Use the theme on multiple websites/domains without purchasing separate licenses.
• Modify and resell the theme as their own product.
• Offer the theme as part of a service where clients receive access without purchasing their own license.
• Use the theme in any way that violates applicable laws, including copyright or trademark infringement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All themes and related assets remain the intellectual property of Jon Corp OÜ.

• The Licensee does not own the theme; they are granted usage rights as per this Policy.
• Unauthorized distribution, duplication, or modification beyond the permitted scope may result in legal action.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds will only be issued within 14 days from the purchase date or in cases where:

• The theme is proven to be defective beyond usability and cannot be fixed.
• A duplicate purchase was made in error, and the Licensee provides proof.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via support@szop.io.

6. Updates & Support

• Purchased themes come with lifetime of updates.
• Support is limited to bug fixes and guidance on usage—custom modifications are not included.
• We reserve the right to discontinue support or updates for older themes.

7. Termination & Violations

• If a Licensee violates this Policy, their license may be revoked without a refund.
• We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized usage.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Szop Themes and Jon Corp OÜ are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to website downtime, data loss, or conflicts with third-party software.
• The themes are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
